Abstract: Research subject. The density of self-organizing network active nodes versus time is the paper object. Method. This density is investigated under the impact of spurious events flows. The nodes of self-organizing networks can stop functioning prematurely in this case. Core results. The most important result is a function of the network active nodes in dependence of versus time. Practical relevance. The investigation results can be used for planning of self-organizing networks which will be resistant to spurious events flows.

Abstract: Research subject. The article deals with the use of medical movement nanonetwork and load caused by them. Method. The analysis and evaluation of existing technologies and developed working modes of the earlier application equipment. Core results. Operating mode developed, allowing to optimize the load on the public communication network. Practical relevance. Abstract: Research subject. The article considers the methods for traffic evaluation on modern multi-core processors. Method. As a method of research provides an analysis of existing approaches to examine traffic on interfaces of the central processing unit (CPU). Core results. The article presents the results of a study of traffic that were obtained as described by methods of assessment. Practical relevance. Using all information received as described methods, you can display a detailed traffic model of modern CPUS, which should be taken into account in the development of new methods of internal communication CPU.

Abstract: Research subject. This article discusses the existing cluster head selection algorithms for wireless sensor networks with different kinds of distribution on territory. Method. A comparative analysis is carried out on the results of the simulation in Mathcad. As the parameters used in the comparison network availability and delivery time for messages. As a basic cluster head selection algorithms considered LEACH, PEGASYS and TEEN. Core results. The analysis revealed that the cluster head selection algorithm for non-uniform distribution of nodes on the territory to be selected based on the purpose served by the network and the type of traffic. Practical relevance. The article deals with the model of wireless sensor network nodes with an non-uniform distribution of the territory, which greatly expands the area of wireless sensor networks research and poses new scientific challenges.

QUADRATIC APPROXIMATION OF PROPAGATION CONSTANT OF SINGLEMODE OPTICAL FIBER

Abstract: Research subject. The article is devoted to the method of approximation of the propagation constant of a singlemode optical fiber. Method. The research methods are graphical analysis and mathematical modeling. Core results. The method of approximation of the propagation constant by means of the set of quadratic functions is proposed, the universal equation for calculation of coefficients of the approximating functions is obtained and the algorithm using the equation is provided in the article. Practical relevance. The proposed method can be used in the Fourier series expansion of transfer function of the fiber which is necessary at applying the echo-signals method for compensation of the chromatic dispersion.

THE CREATION OF THE TIME AND WAVELENGTH DIVISION MULTIPLEXED (TWDM) MODEL FOR THE NEXT GENERATION PASSIVE OPTICAL NETWORK (NG-PON2)

Abstract: Research subject. The article provides the experimental model of TWDM-PON. Method. A large number of papers, especially from international platforms IEEE and OFC, have been studied, as the result of this knowledge was built the model of TWDM-PON. For the creation of this model was used VPIphotonics™ simulation soft-ware. Core results. During the deep study of NG-PON2 was described the main op-tions of TWDM-PON, and characterized the principal components to build this model. Based on this knowledge was created the simulation of downstream transmission in TWDMPON. Practical relevance. The resulting model provides the opportunity to test in real time the TWDM-PON. For example, by changing the distance or some other parameters while controlling the received power and bit error rate.

Abstract: Research subject. The article discusses ways of OTN multiplexers' constructing. Method. An analysis of advantages and disadvantages of existing OTN equipment based on requirements for the modern core networks. Core results. The conclusions about appropriateness of using different types of OTN multiplexers depending on technical tasks. The main tendencies of development in OTN equipment constructions have been defined. Practical relevance. Block diagrams of the OTN multiplexers with detail descriptions of the principle of its operation presents in article. Analysis of approaches to development both multiplexers and networks based on them have been performed.

CATEGORICAL SYNTHESIS AND TECHNOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SECURITY IMPORT SUBSTITUTION VARIANTS OF TELECOMMUNICATION DEVICES SOFTWARE

Abstract: Research subject. The article is dedicated to import substitution approach to security software telecommunications devices. Method. It is used the categorical synthesis in its classification sense for science-based import options pool. Also it is applied the technological analysis which meaning is a qualitative assessment of the synthesized variants in scoring criteria, determinism and mass. Core results. It was synthesized 4 main ways to import and 4 main ways to find vulnerabilities in software subject to the 2-categorical pairs. Their overlap allows you to get potentially 16 different variants of a realization of secure import substitution. Practical relevance. Full pool of technologically priced variants allows improving the validity of the adoption in the field of science and technology policy-making.
